Online purchases are accepted for 30 days refund from the delivery date and should be in an original packaging, and un-wear/original condition. Once the item is received, our quality team will review the item.
Please note that showing signs of wear, damaged, or not in original condition, special ordered or custom made items, and or engraved items or resized items will not be acceptable for refund. We are not responsible in lost or damage in transit of return shipment. We will credit your original method of payment excluding shipping charges within 5 days of receiving your return.
Return package needs the approval email confirmation from us. As the process of refund, you need to include email confirmation print out with your original product which you are asking for the refund. Talk to our customer service if you have any more questions. We value you and your business.
